What if I don't know exactly which watch I want?
No problem! I work with and have an expansive knowledge on many brands. Consulting with me is always free with no purchase necessary. We can discuss your likes and dislikes, what size will suit you best, and what goals you want to accomplish with your timepiece. I can always provide multiple options at the same or different price points so that you can get exactly what you want and have no regrets with your purchase later on.
What if you don't have the watch I want in stock?
With my extensive network of jewelers I can locate any watch you desire. A sourcing agreement will be provided and, depending on the watch, a conditionally-refundable deposit will be taken or the watch will be paid in full up front prior to reception and inspection by me. Your watch will always go through me for inspection so you can be assured you're getting a watch that is ready to wear. I can even size it according to your wrist size if needed. Not to worry - shipping is always extremely fast with priority overnight shipping so you will have your watch within just days. In the rare event I cannot locate your watch in the agreed upon time or price range, you will get your deposit back asap.
What if you can't locate the watch I want?
As I mentioned, I can locate any watch you desire, but let's be honest - sometimes things happen. This is seldom but sometimes the case with specific niche watches or very limited edition ones. In the rare event I cannot locate a watch available in stock, your refund or payment will be immediately refunded at the end of the previously agreed upon timeframe for locating your watch. My search doesn't stop there though. I will keep searching and in the event I locate your watch I will contact you right away to see if you are still in the market.
I want to sell my watch, what can you do for me?
Depending on the watch, I can offer a purchase. In the event the watch is not the right fit for my inventory, I can take your watch on consignment. This works similarly to sourcing a watch for you to purchase. You will leave your watch with me for an agreed-upon amount of time, and you don't worry about anything other than getting paid! I will take your watch and make it look its best, professionally photographing it and getting it listed. I handle the listing, advertising, and talking to prospective customers to get the watch sold so you don't have to worry about it. I do this for a 5-10% commission depending on the watch. If your watch doesn't sell within the agreed upon time frame, you get it back asap and owe me nothing.
