Return Policy

Returns

Watches are inspected for authenticity, functionality, and are tested on a timegrapher prior to delivery.

 

Any issues with a watch must be reported within one week of delivery. I assume no liability for damage due to improper or negligent use and will not grant a refund of any amount in these cases. 

Should an issue arise at delivery (such as the watch being damaged during the shipping process) a refund will be granted as packages are always fully insured. 

Should an issue arise after delivery due to a defect in the watch, the issue must be reported to me within one week of the delivery. You will be able to return the watch to me or be refunded the amount of the repair from a reputable watchmaker on a case-by-case basis. 

I will not grant returns due to "buyers remorse" in any form. This includes but is not limited to: 

-You no longer want the watch for any reason. 

-The watch is not in the condition you expected (my watches are thoroughly inspected, photographed, and described, it is your responsibility to approve of the condition of the watch prior to purchase). 

-The watch doesn't fit (it is your responsibility to ensure that a watch in my inventory will fit you due to wrist size and/or case diameter). 

However, in the event of a "buyers remorse" situation, I am happy to discuss a buyback of the watch or an exchange for a different watch in my inventory. Buybacks will be strictly case-by-case and the amount will depend on (but not limited to) the condition of the watch and its accessories, market adjustments, and inventory requirements. The buyback amount will not exceed 80% of the initial purchase price. 

Return Shipping

I will provide a shipping label and packaging instructions for returned packages. With my prior approval for a return, you must use the shipping label I provide and follow the packaging instructions carefully. If failure to abide by this results in the returned watch arriving damaged, it will result in a reduced refund based on the cost of repair or no refund if the cost of repair exceeds the value of the watch or if the watch does not arrive. 

Returned packages must be double-boxed, packaged well, and you must complete a video of you packaging the watch. Again, this is an insurance requirement to ensure that a claim will not be denied. If failure to abide by packaging instructions results in a denied insurance claim, you will be financially responsible via a reduced or no refund. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

If there is any issue with the watch at or after delivery please contact me asap. I want to be able to resolve any situation quickly and ensure that your watch is up to your standards.
