Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight with signature requirement and are ALWAYS fully insured.

Due to insurance requirements, watches valued over $5,000 will be shipped utilizing FedEx "hold at location," meaning the package will be held at the nearest FedEx store, or a specific FedEx store of your choosing, for you to pick up and sign for. Watches valued over $5,000 can also be shipped to a physical business address with signature requirement. Though this provision requires you to pick up at a FedEx store, it ensures the utmost safety for your package and ensures that the shipping insurance provider will not deny a claim in the unfortunate event that a watch is damaged in shipping.
